3D Varnish | 50ml or 80ml

3D water-based varnish which creates a waterproof surface (when dry). Wait until completely dry before applying another coat. Product is not frost resistant.

It can be used for creating a "glass" effect on your decoupage paper project while also providing a protective barrier.
